Important for US Customers:
Your shipment will generate two tracking numbers:

First tracking number: shows the package traveling from Europe to the US Distribution Center (usually Illinois).
Second tracking number: is created once the package leaves the US sorting facility and heads to your address.
This second phase usually takes just a few days, so don’t worry if the first tracking shows “Delivered in Illinois”—this is completely normal.

Recently, US customs regulations changed, eliminating the $800 de minimis exemption and raising concerns about unexpected import duties on all parcels entering the United States. Out of caution, we temporarily paused US sales while waiting for clarity.

We’re pleased to confirm that AthenaCases orders to the US are now fully back to normal.
